I am writing to you to say I have had spurs on both my heels for 18 months and very painful and I am so pleased I was told to use orthaheel and what a great relief as I have been to Dr and they gave me cortezone needles had everything I could take and I cannot believe what relief they are as even when I get out of bed of a morning I cannot walk but I put my shoes on I am so happy about them I have also got them for my sister and also told my friends. I am so pleased with them.

I don't know whether you remember me, but I phoned up a couple of months ago and told you about the benefits I had received from using ORTHAHEEL orthotics. I had been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis since August 1997 and had obviously tried every possible remedy I could have done in order to clear up the injury.

This included about 400 metres of strapping, quite a few discarded cardboard boxes and all sorts of other devices I thought might help. From homeopathic tablets and creams, to aromatherapy massage oils, foot rollers, head wedges, intrinsic exercises, stretching, physiotherapy, praying and finally the infamous pebble that I rolled my foot on at any spare moment of the day. I used that pebble everywhere, I was dedicated to the task of clearing this annoyance but I was failing miserably.

The more I failed, the more desperate I became. Then I stumbled on ORTHAHEEL whilst out on a shopping trip in February. And yes, it was one of those shopping trips that was giving my foot more pain than it deserved. I made the purchase. They were 20 pounds and I admit I wasn't expecting anything, but from the moment I slipped them into my shoes the discomfort gradually faded away.

I was over the moon. Months of niggling pain was eased. To actually find something that worked was unbelievable. May I thank you for all your help and advice when I phoned you shortly after my best shopping purchase for some while. It was really good to speak to someone who was very well informed, but also genuinely interested in my problem.

I am now looking forward to resurrecting my running career. I returned to competitive on Saturday and finished a close second in a Five Mile Road Race. Although I have been through a frustrating time I have learnt a great deal (mainly not to give up) and I am even considering a career in the profession myself.

I saw your advertisement in the Lawn Bowlers' magazine some months ago extolling the virtues of your arch supports. The last bit intrigued me when it mentioned Heel Spurs. As I have tried most other cures I decided to give it a go. I bought one pair for day wear and one for garden shoes. I write to tell you that the result has been just like a miracle. I have suffered on and off for the last 40 years or more and treatment has only given temporally relief, to say nothing of the cost. Until I read your advertisement I had given up and had decided that I would just have to finish up a cripple. Sorry that I have not written sooner - but you see that I only woke up the other morning and discovered that my feet did actully belong to me.

Recently I had been experiencing a problem with playing tennis three times a week with a infused heel. After putting up with it for a few weeks I went to my Doctor who said the problem was occurring because when running I was landing on the inside of my feet which was causing the problem. She had read some information about your company and suggested I contacted you to find out when I could buy the Orthaheel that she thought would fix my problem.

Your company referred me to a pharmacy in Bankstown Square where I was attended to by the Manager of the shop who knew a lot about the Orthaheel as he himself wore them! He informed me they would take a bit of getting used to but after one week I had no problem and have been wearing them every day.

I would just like to thank you for your help and to let your company know that their product has solved my problem, as I am still playing tennis without the discomfort.

I thought I would write regarding the above product. I am sure you welcome comments from customers such as myself regarding the product.

For 3 years I have suffered from painful heels; first one then the other, and finally both. The discomfort had become very gradually worse. I was finding it difficult to stand or walk for long periods as my job required. I consulted doctors, a physiotherapist and purchased various heel pads as well as taking analgesics on occasions. I really had little relief or satisfaction from these products or advisors.

Once day about 3 months ago after reading an advertisement for 'Orthaheels' I purchased a pair a a chemist in Hereford. At the time I thought they were overpriced at nearly 20 pounds. I was desperate to my try anything to bring me some relief from the discomfort that was spoiling my life.

Within 2 days of wearing them I began to feel the relief and I have worn them in my shoes continually since then. Now I can walk, garden etc, and being on my feet for hours does not bother me. They have been "miracle pads" as fair as I am concerned and I wish that I had heard of them a long time ago, then perhaps I would not have had to undergo the discomfort I endured. The structure of them gives much support to the foot arches and obviously puts the bone structure back in its proper alignment. They were the best 20 pounds I have ever spent!

Approximately 2 years ago my son, then 11 years, had hard orthotics made by a Podiatrist. He wore them about 12 months without actually complaining of pain.

Recently I noticed an advertisement for Orthaheel, in the TV Week and was able to purchase an XL pair for my now 13 year old. After wearing them for only a short period of time, he was amazed at the differences. He has not stopped commenting on how much better his ankles and knees feel, he seems to think that softness makes a difference.

I really feel you have a winning product and wish you every success.

My only regret is, I've only just found about about them, but I'm sure I will be back for more, when the time arrives. I've also been spreading the word to parents I know, who were not able to afford the $300 needed for tailormade orthotics.

I purchased a pair of Orthaheel and I cannot thank your firm enough for designing such a wonderful piece of "inner" footwear, I am 67 years old and have suffered lower back pain, knee and other past pains since I was 18 and because I was "pigeon-toed" as a child (I grew out of it) my right foot particularly always bent inwards and not straight (just like your diagram). I have to say, that after wearing my Orthaheel for only one day I feel the beneficial effects and the foot aches and lower back pain have beased considerably.

I'm more than pleased to report that the back pain I was suffering has almost completely cleared - and that I am once again moving more like a human being than a broken robot. The discomfort in my knee has also nearly cleared completely - it may have simply been time that brought about the improvement - but I don't think so - I am quite convinced that the use of the Orthaheels - not only eased the discomfort of my back pain and knee - but have actively helped to "cure" the situation - while allowing me to maintain my normal level of activity - even if it was slower than normal.

Recently I visited my family doctor for a regular check-up and saw your programme playing in the doctors waiting room. As I am a sufferer of chronic back pain (and have been for some time now), I found your segment advertising a product called "Orthaheel" most interesting. Dear Sir,

I'm sixty-six years old and an ex-postman, fortunately, I have never been out of work, but since my retirement I've had aching legs, knees and back. So I made an appointment with my Local Physio a Mr Adrian Edwards, he told me that my neck and back muscles were too rigid which he treated. He went on to offer me advice about my feet and recommend to me Orthaheel.

I proceeded to BOOTS Chemist to enquire about said product, and found that they cost 19.99p so I thought I'd gamble on a pair. I've never had a bargain in my life except for my wife and that's 43 years ago. The word Miracle is much overused in this day and age, but after 4 days of using Orthaheel in my shoes, I felt as if I'd been blessed with one.

They are absolutely fantastic and do everything they proclaim to do. My legs don't ache in the mornings, my knee doesn't crack on bending and my back is improving everyday.

I just had to let you know how I feel, if I can testify further on the behalf of your product the pleasure is all mine.

Some nine weeks ago, I sat in total misery, drinking a cup of afternoon tea in my garden. I had been suffering with osteoarthritis for about eighteen months, the pain was severe, I could only hobble about, and counted every step. I noticed a magazine laying half open on the table in our garden. I read what was obviously an advertisement, and became quite angry at what I read. It was one of your advertisements, outlining what I thought to be the false benefits afforded by your ORTHAHEEL inserts. In a moment of "peek" I telephoned the telephone number on the advertisement. My caustic remarks were listened to politely. "Yes" I was told they did everything that was claimed and if they did not within thirty days, I could have my money back. That of course "spiked my guns" nicely.

I drove immediately to Boots in the Mall at Norwich, and purchased a pair of Orthaheel inserts, strugled out of the shop, "for I needed two sticks" sat on the nearest bench and put the inserts in my shoes. I took three paces and realised the "pain" had gone. I still had the very severe aching in both legs to which I had become accustomed, but the pain had disappeared almost immediately. Incredulously, I tried my legs out, leaving my walking sticks on the bench, yes they really did "work". Gently at first, I began to walk, and walked around Norwich for well over an hour before returning to my car.

That was about nine weeks ago, the aching in my leg muscles has now almost gone, and although only months ago my doctor was talking about (knee replacements), I can lead a normal life, free from the pain that racked me. I now swim, walk, cycle and once again enjoy life. However, I have developed another habit, whenever I see another person hobbling about on walking sticks, I make a point of telling them my story.

A couple of weeks ago, I saw your product ORTHAHEEL advertised on television and was very impressed. So much that I immediately went to our local Athlete's Foot and bought two pairs for myself and one pair for my husband.

I was having problems with my legs, with pain while walking, to the extent that I could not walk very far at all. My doctor thought it was probably due to back problems and arthritis and gave me some exercises to do. My feet have always turned in, but I thought it was the way I was born and so put up with it. The exercise helped a little.

The improvement after using Orthaheel is absolutely amazing, I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with aching feet and legs.

My husband has also noticed a great improvement, his feet were worse than mine.

As a practising sports physician I use and prescribe ORTHAHEEL for many of my patients.

The product contains an angular restraining mechanism which helps to control exessive deformities in the tibia and subtalar joints. Patients suffering this condition may present with a variety of complaints, including patella femoral disfunction, ilio tibial band syndrome, osgood-schlatters, calcaneal apophysitis etc.

Orthaheel has proven a 'godsend' to many of my patients. Prior to its development we had only the choice of a very expensive acrylic orthotic moulding device. Not only was it priced well out of reach of many patients, but it is also not the most suitable product for some of their conditions. Orthaheel, on the other hand, is an affordable and very useful device.
